Refund policy

30-day returns
If a piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Pieces must be returned undamaged. A piece returned with a broken string receives a 50% refund. A piece returned chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged isn't eligible for a refund.

How to start a return
Email us at yudidesigns.us@gmail.com with your order number, within the 30 days. We'll reply with instructions for sending it back. Please don't send a return without contacting us first.

Return shipping
We pay for return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we've received and checked it. We'll email you when it's done. Original shipping costs are refunded too. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges
Each piece is one of a kind, so we can't exchange a piece for the same one. If you'd like a different piece instead, you can get 5% off it with a one-time-use discount code. We'll email you a one-time code for 5% off.

Damaged or wrong item
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll refund you in full, including shipping. Report it within 5 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage: email us at yudidesigns.us@gmail.com with your order number. Please send the damaged piece back using the prepaid label we email you.

If we send you the wrong piece, let us know and we'll send you the piece you ordered. If it's no longer available, we'll refund you in full. The wrong piece is yours to keep at no charge.
