Where we ship
We ship from California to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time
We aim to ship within 2 business days.

Carrier and delivery time
We ship with USPS standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $8.95 per order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Insurance and signature
Every order is insured. No signature is required on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll refund you in full, including shipping. See our Refund policy for how to report it.

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at yudidesigns.us@gmail.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel isn't found, refund you in full, including shipping. Since every piece is one of a kind, we can't send a replacement.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at yudidesigns.us@gmail.com before your order ships.
