When purchasing jade, keep in mind that it is internationally graded into Type A (natural, untreated, and the most valuable), Type B (chemically treated and polymer-injected), and Type C (artificially dyed). To identify authentic jade, look for stones with natural, slightly uneven color depth, a heavy and cool feel in the hand, and natural light penetration under a flashlight, always remembering to request an official gem certification from a reputable seller to avoid synthetic imitations.

Care
Routine: Practice "First Out, Last In." Put your piece on last (after makeup, perfume, and lotions) and take it off first when returning home.
